Some will show you wonderful photos of their work. We have them too, but in this section we want to show you other types of less showy photos. We want you to see what is not usually taught. And that which is not seen is what makes us different. It may cost a little more to do the work, but in the end you will save money and avoid a lot of hassle and headache. And that is where other companies do not arrive.

WHERE THE WATER PIPES JOINTS ARE MADE.
In a bathroom we never put the joints of the water pipes, neither on the walls nor under the floor. If we did, we could save a few meters of pipe, but a joint can cause problems with water leaks over time. That leak would cost to locate and repair. In addition, the damage that the breakdown would cause would be important since floor tiles or wall coverings would have to be replaced.
When we project the reform of a bathroom in Banus Builder we place the joints and bifurcations on the ceiling. And we send whole tubes without joints to bathroom faucets. We use a type of tube and connection system that causes very few problems, but in the event of a leak it would be very easy to locate and repair through the false ceiling.
PREVENT DAMP
Does your house have humidity? In some places on the Costa del Sol the water table is very close to the surface. This means that if we do not do something to insulate our house from the ground, humidity will appear.
We have come across desperate people who have tried everything, but who cannot get rid of the humidity.
In these cases what is not seen makes a difference. A tube full of holes and surrounded by a special, very porous cloth that prevents the holes from clogging, collects all the water that the soil produces. That tube is led to a drain and is further vented. A layer of gravel on top isolates the flooring from the damp layer of the ground.
Some of the reforms that we have carried out have been years without humidity problems and that gives us great satisfaction.
THE INSULATION OF WATER PIPES
Why do we insulate water pipes? Good insulation will allow us to save more energy than we think.
Correct insulation can be combined with a water return system. What is the return system? It is a closed circuit that keeps hot water circulating near each faucet in the installation. For the entire system to function correctly it is essential that the tubes are correctly insulated.
No water is wasted, because when we turn on the hot water tap it comes out hot almost instantly.
That isolation is not often seen, but it is very important.
